New Product: Flare Connection Ball Valves

Specifically designed and engineered for commercial multi split applications, Mueller industries introduces a new line of flare connection ball valves.

September 25, 2012 - Specifically designed and engineered for commercial multi split applications, Mueller industries introduces a new line of flare connection ball valves.  The line consists of 1/4”-5/8” female flare x male flare valves.  Unique to this offering are the 3/8” x 1/4” and 5/8” x 1/2” reducing valves that eliminate the cost and time involved with using a reducing flare fitting, not to mention the increased leak potential associated with an additional joint.  All valves are made in the USA and UL listed at 700psi maximum working pressure.

The valves can also be purchased with an optional custom fitted insulation cover.  Made from elastomeric rubber insulation, the cover provides a tighter fit and superior insulating properties compared to PE foam covers.  The self-sealing tape along the seam makes for hassle free installation with no adhesive required.
